Her 30 years of experience which range from drafting to Facilitation afford her expertise in facilitation of problem solving, lessons learned identification, technical reviews and business strategy development, project execution, people leadership and business operations. Her experience helps her to provide real life examples and models which help people grasp the concept being discussed.

As a people motivator who articulates her point’s great effectiveness, she empowers people, with her empathetic nature, to evolve and grow. Through these amazing personal skills she provides many business management and business training programmes in many fields, from engineering and construction to budget development.
